About WAXAPPLES
Six years ago, husband and wife Brian and Jamie Coakley started a rock-n-roll band. Having just given birth to their son, Liam, their desire was to stay true to the ideal that you can have it all, and that rock-n-roll and family life could go hand and hand. They recorded some tracks in their home studio in Long Beach, California and named the project WAXAPPLES in an attempt to portray the idea of taking traditional rock music and fusing it with modern technology. These days, putting a song to wax means booting up your Apple Macintosh... and that is exactly what they did.
